At just 22 years old—while still completing his degree—Ryan led the launch and development of the Identity Varsity Network, a project initiated by Vinik Sports Group (Tampa Bay Lightning) and The Identity Tampa Bay. In addition to leading all play-by-play broadcasts, he managed logistics, engineered hundreds of live broadcasts, created in-game and social media graphics, wrote sponsor reads and preview articles, edited video and photo content, and helped oversee social media for the entire Identity Tampa Bay brand. Over three years, content he created or contributed to generated more than 2.4 million impressions across Twitter and Instagram
